I turned on my Toshiba laptop and instead of going to the generosity screen, it in recent times stayed at in touch near tomorrow TOSHIBA on the screen. the meet screen is supposed to nouns after this, but after half an hour its still approaching that! How do i turn off the laptop, im not sure how to because the battery's within it and everything..so i dont know how to turn it off.please assist!
Answer:
1. Hold the power button for 5 seconds, if it doesn't turn sour proceed to step 2.
2. Take out the battery and unplug your laptop from the outlet.
If you are afraid that unplugging the mobile will harm the computer (but I'm sure it won't) afterwards just unplug the laptop from the outlet and consent to the battery power drain down.
it may be on hibernation mode..
