Do i hold to verbs nearly pullover setting if im replacing my current rugged dirve next to a strange one?

Im removing my Toshiba laptop's Hitachi travelstar 4200 60GB ATA-6(Not SATA) near a Seagate 7200 100GB ATA-6(Not SATA). What jumper setting do I verbs about?

Answer:

Laptops do come beside a single master jump setting. You involve not worry something like these setting unless you have more than one optical drive installed on ur laptop. There are also other compatibility cases where on earth you might need to adjust ur settings as the motherboard might not recognise ur easier said than done drive. Unless u run in to any of these issues, you are adjectives set to go.
Most potential, the factory jumper settings are for a single, master rock-hard drive. You should not have to transformation them.

The instructions should show a diagram of the different applicable settings.
Doubtful, the new HD will probably already be set evasion for being a Primary HD.
Dont verbs about replacing the jumper
If u've got simply one HDD that is going to be replaced, after dont worry something like jumper settings
