You should get a cd next to all the above included. You should also draw from a Windows operating system cd with it. - Ask them on purchase.
As for drivers, if they don't supply you beside a cd, you can always download them via this join.

I'd say ring up Dell customer service they would be able to confer you the best most concise answer. Most of the time that is the grip, at least the end time I checked. With any computer system purchase they usually provide you with an os disk and a few other pieces of software.
Any current computer should come with a recouping disk. There should also be a (hidden) recovery barrier on the hard drive, as capably.
