Does the 'Shared' contained by 'Shared Dual Channel DDR 2' suggest it is shared near video?

On Dell's website, they tender me the option for:

2GB Shared Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHZ, 2 DIMM

or

2GB DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHZ, 2 DIMM

Would the second alternative be better? (other than the obvious 667 vs 533 difference)

*Also it have the 256MB ATI MOBILITYTM RADEON(R) X1400 HyperMemoryTM graphics card

Yes, it shares some of it next to video.

Except for the speed difference, it's pretty much matching...
share means it utilizes both channel and speed is thus double the rating of 533. it thus processes at 1.6 g, not 533.
