Computer sleeping?

How much perkiness does a laptop consume if I set it to sleep whenever I'm not using it? It takes so long to boot that I usually only put it on sleep and close the lid. Is that energy simplified? Or no?

Answer:

Try hibernating subsequent time...If you are using Vista try start> the the power button on the start menu.

This saves power...

Good luck
Well, if you compare it to switching stale your comp, then its not activeness effiecient. But if you compare it with keeping your comp when all`s said and done time then its more drive effiecient . . .
