Im upgrading my dell inspiron 3500 laptop and i wanna know where on earth i can find a hard drive, memory RAM, CD-ROM burner...also can i simply take it a module and put all of that stuff into it and where on earth can i find this stuff to buy? Or should i just buy a exotic Laptop?

It is possible to take it apart and tag on everything to your old system, but honestly, its not wortht he risk and the price.
It seem as though you want to add lots of exotic stuff, so as the first poster said your old system may not even know how to support your additions.
Better be safe than sorry- buy a investigational laptop and sell your aged one!
I think your better stale with a hot laptop, doing all of that its going to be alot of work, and you will obligation to make sure you motherboad will support the ammount of RAM you plan to incorporate to it.
