Cost of repairing at HP serivce center?

Hi everybody, I am within Adelaide and my laptop fell off from my bed and is broken. It's out of warranty. It can not startup in a minute, after a flash of the boot screen consequently it went black, showing something adage PCI Fast Ethernet controller etc. It looks like the web card is broken, but when I tries to disable that device from BIOS, I found that the self-test of harddisk can not find hard disk! So conceivably the hard disk is broken.

I attached two pictures I took

Anyway, I hold to get it repaired, I am a student so I don't own a lot of money, could somebody share me how much does it cost normally to repair a laptop at HP service center?

Answer:

Looks resembling it is trying to do a Network Boot. Because there is no RIS server, it will bestow you a failure. The intricate drive is probably fried so it tries to boot from the next device contained by lin, which would be the network card. Your gridiron card is probably just fine, Im betting you can purchase a unusual Hard drive for the laptop and re-install windows and you should be fine.
lots

and frequent of the parts for these laptops are not even available for sale n/s

These are necessarily throw away laptops since the cost of repairing laptops is so much.

If you go on ebay you will identify many laptop for Dutch auction that have problems and spill out in the category of not worth repairing.
I would steal it to a local computer repair center 60 to 90 an hour plus parts. Get an estimate if its more than $300 get a current one. With a three foot drop is enough to pocket it to a repair shop. You can't afford hp non warranty repair
if it is in warranty after it cost nothing
