Data Recovery?

So, my intricate drive on my laptop died. It's doing the clicking/not spinning up thing. I tried the complete freezer thing, yada yada...simply, I know it's a mechanical point and the only hope I hold is to go to a background recovery service and return with them to take out the facts plates and put them in a contemporary drive and recover the notes. That said...I know that this process is expensive, but my data is earth-shattering, and I have money. I am wondering a short time ago how expensive it is. I looked into it, saw some prices by the hour, and some as low as ! prices, but does anyone have any real quotes? And if my tricky drive is 80 GB and I only have need of maybe 5 GB recovered, will it cost smaller quantity than getting the whole 80 recovered?
