Data sharing problem?

I have a problem with my laptop, so I placed the intricate disk in a external storage device but I can't unfurl the administrator filles on another pc tho it is no encrypted, but I guess it's a priviledge problem, what can I do to access my files? Thanks

If theres no encryption used, after you just requirement to take ownership of the folders surrounded by the new computer.
