I enjoy a Toshiba Satellite with an Intel Celeron M and 512mb DDR2 run into is there anyway to get it faster without spending anymore money. I am using it for Music Production beside software such as FL Studio 6 XXL Producer Edition and Sony Acid Pro 6.0 and I am experiencing sound Latency Issues next to my USB Audio Interface like clicking and popping sounds also low trait of rendering files to an MP3 format from FL Studio. Any advice on how to cause use of what I have and receive this Laptop faster?

At the very least possible, double your ram. It is the cheapest track to get your computer to run faster.
There are a few things that can formulate it marginally run faster. Shut down as many things that are running contained by the background as possible.
Ram is the best solution.
