Save yourself the trouble of dealing with virus and having extreemly poor customer service and buy a Mac. They enjoy phone support with actual humans that truly pick up the phhone. And if you live in NYC they hold a 24 hour-a-day 365 day-a-year store that you can always travel into. Plus you don't get a ton of extra software that you don't obligation with a Mac.
I own a Compaq V6000, it is terrifically fast, but in that is two bad things, Quickplay is not so early, first it needs to boot Windows contained by order to start Quickplay, contained by previous versions, after the HP peak, the music is ready., also doesn`t matter what quickplay touch sensitive buttons you press on the keyboard, they trade name a loud beep, and within is no way to turn it past its sell-by date.

It starts from around $500, check the HP website for it. Mine was 820 dollars

I am using it for roughly 2 months.

It works very fine for me. No problems so far.

I even use it to expurgate movies, if you are planing to buy I'll advise to buy.



512MB Ram, may be low for some requirements... but can upgrade if needed.



Price is very competitive. I bought it for 42,000 contained by Chennai in April. But immediately its about 40,000.
