Computer wont start up?

finishing night i be on my computer and a blue screen popped up dictum somethign about a physical memory dump crap later when it restarted it ask u if you want to start in safe and sound mode, last biddable config or start normally. powerfully which ever option u select it starts window then a blue eyeshade pops up u cant read and it starts up all over again... so im trying to fix it in need losing any files so coudlnt i put the window disc contained by and have it replace winows next to a fresh copy or what... I need concept please

I understand that you are getting a blue blind memory dump when starting the notebook. This could be due to various reason, However to fix the issue I recommend you to remove and reinsert the Memory modules (RAM) If the issue persist after you can use the Operating system disk and repair the OS. insert the windows cd , and reboot, you should receive an option to repair window.. go beside that , you should not lose anything from doin it this way
replace your memory stick.it's usually coz of RAM.
here are other options to if you dont enjoy the windows cd. You can draw from a linux live cd, one that allows you to see your hard drive, and consequently you can take importan files from it and put them on a usb
