Is their any type of program that can trace EVERY single move and website that you've be on. I have a shool laptop (in maine we go and get them) and they are collecting them tomorrow.

Format it.
Maybe your sister/granny/aunt/dog accidentally put it in the microwave on full power for 15 minutes. That should variety it pretty hard to turn upside down.
(No seriously, don't do that - just re-install window, making sure you format it in the process - and choose the full format prospect, not the quick format).
