Is it cheaper to build a computer and buy parts for it? or buy a computer...i hold a laptop i just entail to buy a new operating system and a cd burner..should i only buy a new laptop or should i buy the parts for it..and where on earth should i buy it at?

depends on your laptop specs. if your laptop is already outdated, then buy a brand new one. if it's pretty new, later buy the parts instead. when did you buy your laptop? if your laptop doesn't have a disc burner when you bought it, that means it's already outdated immediately since when i bought my old laptop surrounded by 2001, it has a compact disc burner already. then i bought a strange laptop in 2004 which have a CD burner and a DVD burner, too. I really suggest you buy a clean laptop. it looks like you bought your laptop formerly 2001. :)
