Can you replace the USB hubs surrounded by a computer if they are given up the ghost?

My USB ports are worn-out at all and I be wondering if they were competent to be replaced; like if I purchased the cut.

if it is on a desktop you can buy a new USB card and simply open the computer and plug it surrounded by. Laptop, well it costs more, but they formulate a port replicator that you can get and it is freshly a external thing that hooks on your computer. or you can return with a USB card for it if you have PCMCIA slot
